1
Psychological safety score
How safe is your team – and does everyone feel safe enough to share honest feedback?
- Team safety score (0–100) and each member's personal contribution at a glance
- Six Lu-PS statements as a distribution: who assigns whom to which rating – e.g. «We can usually look at difficult topics together well»
- Comparison with perceived team performance: where is potential, where is there a gap?
- Guidance on the scale: 85+ considered safe, 65–75 caution, below 60 consider external support
2
Team tension fields
Self and external image of the contribution – where do perception and team feedback align?
- Each person sees how they rate their own contribution to psychological safety – and how the team perceives them.
- At the safety anchor and trigger topic, the comparison becomes concrete: where is the largest gap between self and external image?
- The green tolerance window (team average ±16) marks which differences are still considered safe – outside it, the tension field arises.
- Optionally take turns explaining and clarifying: where do you over- or underestimate each other – about one minute per person.
3
Safecircles · Team potential
Boost safe circles in the team – interactively via the tolerance window
- Shift the tolerance window: explore the number of safe circles and total connections live (low values = high stress)
- Network visualization with priorities: integrators, satellites, boss centrality, in-groups and Social Glue
- See who connects across multiple circles and who stands more alone – strengthen integrators, include soloists
- «Social Glue» simulation: what happens to the safe circles when one person is missing?
